1.1 GCK series low voltage switchgear panel, withdrawable type(hereinafter short as switchgear) is an assembled sophisticated-type power distribution device for AC 50(60)Hz, rated voltage 380V and below, three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire system, which is mainly used for power center(PC)and motor control center(MCC) of power transmission, distribution and central control. And it can be incorporated with a program controller and a microprocessor to realize power supply and distribution automation system.
1.2 Application: applicable in power plant, substation, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering, electric power, machinery, textile industry, etc.

2 Technical parameter
The cabinet is made of stamping and shaping thin steel plate. Main busbar cubicle is at top side, electric appliance cubicle is at the front and cable inlet and outlet cubicle is at the back of cabinet, and each cubicle is insulated by steel plate or insulating plate. The surface protection of frame, skeleton and metal components is electrostatic powder-coated layer or zinc-galvanized.
Mechanical interlocking：There is mechanical interlocking between the drawer door and operating handle of circuit breaker or disconnector. The drawer door can be opened only when the handle is open to ensure safety. Interlocking mechanism has unlocking device, Operator can open the door when unlock device is working if it is necessary to examine the drawer inside; Electric switch, contact switch and the drawers are provided with three positions: switch on position, test position and open position; The busbar bridge can be installed on the top of the switch cabinet according to power or connection requirement. The busbar length or height from the top of cabinet can be designed and provided by manufacturer as per customer’s requirement.
